Forests Of The Cars Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Forests Of The Cars

Rating: 5.0

I walked through the forests of the cars.
It made me think of this Earth,
Seeming going forward,
Then backward.

The cars seemed to drive themselves,
Through the forest's ultra-green.
They witnessed soot hanging,
Where they had been.

Separating man-made and Earth made,
So far as always been said.
The mega step taken on the evolutionary scale,
Was a step that couldn't be taken.
