You left me
You couldn't care less
You walked away
Left my life a mess

Here I am
Still here today
Wondering what I did
To make you go away

You promised me forever
You did, I swear you did
But forever never came
Why did you leave me, that one fateful day?

Tears streamed like rivers
Drowning an already dark soul
Abyss wraps it's gentle claws around me
And you walked away

That's how I remember you
And that's how I always will
You're supposed to be here for me
But you only wanted more
