Forgiveness Poem by donavan avril

The question is what is forgiveness? We are always quick to judge others but not too quick to forgive when others have done us wrong. I really love this scripture.Luke chapter 6 verses 37 says and I quote: Stop judging others, and you will not be judged. Stop criticizing others, or it will all come back on you. If you forgive others, you will be forgiven. Mathew 6 verses 14: 15 if you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your father will not forgive your sins. Luke 6 verses 27, But if you are willing to listen, I say, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you. So within these three bible scriptures I have quoted from the bible, although people will intend to disappoint us in any part of our lives, we have to forgive and love and pray for our enemies because if not, if we are unwilling to let go of all the bad the someone has done to us, God will not forgive us and may refuse to answer our prayers, so the first thing is to ask god to help us to forgive others who have wronged us and teach us how to forgive so that we can be saved from death and the challenges and struggles of life, if only we ask god to help us to forgiven so that we can be forgiven, then we will be able to have the strength and move forward in life with hope for the future.
