Forgiveness Poem by Ragy Sandid

Is it possible to put our differences
Past us and just move on
Many people have come across distances
By putting what they share before what they own.

Is it time to forgive?
Is there a time to do such a thing?
Is there time to live?
Then remember there is no time to bring.

When the sun is shining we don’t
Wonder why it is there.
Yet when it rains on us we won’t
Think of the farmer who thought it fair.

So we see the road from one side
We don’t see what’s on the other end
For some the road is narrow, for others wide
It’s up to use to make enemies or friends

We may not understand everything
But we understand ways of compassion
We may not know everything
But we know God forgives and that should be our passion.
