Forgotten Luggage Poem by Peter Dome

Forgotten Luggage

Long forgotten like an old piece of luggage
at the back of the lost and found
That nobody ever claims
worn tired and dusty
A label with a faded owners name
The contents never to see the light of day
It's secrets never known
Unloved unwanted
Never to find a Home.
