Foundation Poem by Kayode Ogunleye

Foundation

Rating: 5.0

The earth shook and trembles
The foundation of the hills
Quaked and were shaken
Then the channels of
The seas were seen
But the corner stone not seen

My feet like the feet of deer
Been set on high places
My enemy came but
They stumbled and fell

My path are been comprehend
And my lying down
Being acquainted with all my ways
I shall be established
Forever like the moon and
Even like the faithless witness
In thé sky.
