Fragile heart, broken frame,
what's the point of this game?
Is it to hurt me and cause pain?
From this, is there anything to gain?

Fragile heart, broken frame,
why can't I keep these feelings tame?
They only cause my heart to bleed,
but at stopping them, I can't succeed.

Fragile heart, broken frame,
leave me alone, take with you your fame.
You only leave me with a heart so bare,
that makes me wonder, if anyone cares.

Fragile heart, broken frame,
is it them or me, who's to blame?
Go away, leave me here,
I'll be happier, without these tears.

Fragile heart, broken frame,
hide from others my cowardly shame.
Build me up, break me down,
do whatever, but I'm not gonna drown.

Fragile heart, broken frame,
please stop, calling my name.
Your voice rings out like a victory song,
but it will be over before too long.

For this is what it takes, to make a fragile heart strong.
