Fragments of a Prayer

Musing and whisper
Have come and gone into the
Empties of a prayer.

Now a wistful dream,
Pacing on the second melt
Awakes a sublime heart.

Sorrow blooms anew,
And silence seeks wisdom lost;
I have faith in sin.
