Frail Moments Poem by Husna Amin

Frail Moments

I drink the magic potion, now and then
And forget about who I am, now and then
To seek a place safe and secure
To forget about my restraints, now and then
The cold wind sometimes does bite
I cry in pain when verity strikes
To sing your own verses to the air is not a sin
A try to return from the oblivion, a try to penetrate thy skin
But then, there are frail moments
Moments when you feel you are too weak
When reaching the stars seems more natural,
Than reaching your being.

A very beautiful poem showing the need of reaching ourselves.
