Freedom Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Freedom

Rating: 5.0

Freedom means a condition of being free,
There is no one to butt in, it is growing tree.
It does also mean to one's civic liberty,
We mean independence and liberty on duty.

Like India there were many countries,
How they got independences weren't mysteries.
Many freedom fighters have sacrificed their life,
Some have imprisoned, some have gallowed is rife

Every person wants to enjoy freedom in activity,
They think about enjoying life at present and in reality.
But about reality of life they don't know accurately,
Independence doesn't mean to perform jobs passionately.

Though we are independent or we have freedom,
We must obey the rule regulation and have wisdom.
We can represent our claim to our government,
We must perform duties in certain law and statement.

We have freedom of speech we can speak,
But in certain condition we have to chic.
Way of nonviolence and truth we must follow,
This can give us peace and can make country hallow.
