Friend

I have a friend with a heart of gold,
I've known him most of my life,
But we argue like everybody,
and he causes me a lot of strife.
Believe it or not, it is not sexual,
it's friends and only friends.
But I can count on him for anything,
He has grown more honest with me (I hope) to the ends.
