In the darkest of times
No man can hide
From the smallest light
That comes forth through the night
The light of a friend
Or a face
Or a foe
The one chooses you
But the fate you must know
Can be shifted or altered in the blink of an eye
If you find foe you can face it blind
By the light of the world that is fake and benign
Or call in a friend with the small light of truth
Which shines through the fake to give way to the glow
That comes off of the man who gives all his life
To help the man in the dark in the night
