Friendship with you is a privilege
Friendship with you is bliss
Friendship is speaking with your eyes
As if you have your own language

Friendship is pure
Something no one can measure
Something you can't live without
You'll miss your friend, no doubt

Friendship is knowing what 'I'm okay' really means
Friendship is looking beyond what is seen
Friendship is calling your friend at 3am and talking gibberish
If he's drunk or high, you cannot distinguish

Friendship is still loving each other despite the distance
We have 'trust', you said. Allegiance.
Friendship is never having to say 'I love you'
‘Cause deep down inside, you'll feel it too

Friendship is having someone listen to your stories
Friendship is never having to say you're sorry

Friendship is hard to find
But ours is one of a kind
Neither gets left behind,
Because true friends are intertwined
