From Above Poem by Obed dela Cruz

From Above

Rating: 5.0

From above, GOD can see the gray clouds of men.
HE buries or picks up stars that have fallen.
Inside, HE wants man to have a horizon.
HE wants the sun to shine to every person.

From above, GOD gives forgiveness so lavish.
HE does not really want humans to perish.
I assure you, HE’s a merciful ruler.
To be respected, HE does not use terror.

From above, GOD does not want a barren land.
That’s why HE encourages a working hand
To plant more crops for the better of mankind
So that high profits a working hand might find.

From above, most of the time, GOD see eyesores.
Most of these eyesores are fights, conflicts, and wars.
HE wants to see the end of these scenarios.
It’s just man who wants to have this delirious.

Who can question HE who watches from above?
Who can question HE who lives with so much love?
From yesterday and beyond, HE will be there.
He’ll keep watching even if HE could not bear.

HIS solutions and suggestions HE will share.
From above, HE’ll give dreams and not a nightmare.
And from eternity to eternity
HE is the God who will always give mercy.

Deep inside I know the GOD from above
Will watch over us and continue to love.

Though you are young, your thoughts are very much high at this age. You are so well matured and proved yourself a good writer.
