She is carved out from black stone
Exactly the same as an artist’s imagination
White teeth are shining like diamond
Rest all things can be placed as second
Neither this is friction story
Nor intended to paint any glory
But indeed great love for black people
Who have waged constant struggle
I find in them natural innocence
And fail to under stand the hatred at once
Why such nice people are subjected to slavery
When everything is given to them by almighty
She is always there on line to wish me
She may smile with frankness and feel free
I too take her smile in earnestness
At least there is some smile from the heart’s surface
Should I bring you on top of the world?
I inquired if she was ready to appear in picture on front
“No, no, my people will not take it lightly
She just slowed down conversation shyly
I wondered about what keeps them so aloof
Away from real world and under small roof
What makes them to think about their culture?
What is there in store for their future?
I loved the way she maintained her integrity
She had clearly seen no more surety
As we all do bring disrepute their names
I was wondering about openness with little blame
