From Life We Go On Learning Poem by Francis Duggan

From Life We Go On Learning

In life there is a lesson or two for us every day
And for wrong we do to others in karma we must pay
But in life the best you can do is to live good as you can
And try to be a better woman or be a better man
Make yourself a better person make your World to live in a better place
That applies to everybody of every Nationality and Race
I believe the Universal Karma is there for one and all
The good and bad you do in life it does seem to recall
To give is also to receive those words ring ever true
And if you live as a good person good Karma you are due
The child from life is learning before he or she learns how to crawl
And any act of kindness towards another should never be seen as small
We are all born as mere mortals since facts do never lie
But from life we go on learning until the day we die.
