Frustrated Greeting Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Frustrated Greeting

Many guests filling a home with talk and Tibetan
culture.

A beautiful dog, tail wagging, hoping to greet
each one personally.

Being frustrated behind a screen door, pacing
excitedly back and forth with each new arrival.

Never having a chance to even say hello to one.
