Full Circle. Poem by Graham Jones

Full Circle.

Rating: 5.0

I've seen the diamonds in the sky
I've seen the catcher in the rye
And even shards that pierced my heart
And that which tore out hearts apart

And still my life just travels on
To find a place to lie upon
Yet nothing can becalm my soul
Replace my heart or make me whole

Am I just a marionette?
Who's strings are pulled and so beget
Becomes another lovers tool
Used, abused another fool.
