Full Stop Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Full Stop

Rating: 5.0

Full stop is a punctuation mark and it is used,
We use in end of sentence where thought is fused.
Sometimes a friend says to his or her chum,
'Have full stop in home work and soon come.'

Full blooded children! Don't have full stop in study,
You have to full-blown and to have full-bodied.
Don't ridicule to anybody, use the full stop,
Perambulate to beauty spot, don' have drop.

Use full stop in discreditable works and in fiddle,
Don't use full stop in delicious food and in riddle.
Don't have friendship with Micawber, don't be crazy,
Use full stop in violence, lie and doze and dozy.

Don't berate to your brothers, sisters and kinship,
Don't interpolate among superiors and black-sheep.
Full stop man-handle and bull headed quality,
Don't have a full stop on truthfulness and morality.

Use a full stop soon in bad, to God do nod
Don't use full stop on meditation to God.
Have the kindness, sympathy, empathy and bliss,
Love to earth with creatures and have peace.

I liked this great unique didactic poem. Yes no full stops for peace morality and meditation and everything would go well with the world. We need full stops after sins and crimes as your wonderful poem suggests wisely.

Full stop as a metaphor of life, where it should be used and where not, useful message of note

How important the full stop is in punctuation; essential to know where to put the full stop. Children should never put a full stop to their studies. Truth and morality-don't put a full stop to them. A telling comparison between punctuation and life, as an extended metaphor.
