Gambling, Alcohol And Sport

Rating: 5.0

A drunk footballer
bonks a dog,
someone takes a pic
and sells it to the papers.

One step removed
from sport making money from booze
is it making money from gambling on sport

for you'll bonk a dog
if you've had a few
what you wouldn't do
if you hadn't.

Betting on sports matches is not a good thing. It's all about sensationalism.

Young men and alcohol is always a bad mix. I suspect this chap may be one of those who can't drink at all as it reacts in his brain and he is stupid. I think that they should be role models to youth but sadly this doesn't always happen. Thankyou for another great poem.
