Garden... Poem by zarina binda

Garden...

Gentle leafs,
Rustling
In the evening breeze.
Quiet footsteps,
On hidden paths.
Fluttering of cloths,
Soft musical laughs.

Do not dare enter
That forbidden garden.
Do not dare follow,
Those soft sweet voices.
Do not dare taste,
Forbidden fruits so sweet.
Do not dare rest,
It’s only mere deceit.

Whispering water,
Hidden waterfall.
Dancing shimmers,
Stars reflected.
In the dark waters,
Of this beautiful lake.

Do not dare enter
I warned you once
Do not dare follow
Those illusional swans
Do not dare listen
To those voice so pure
The only thing they are good for
Is a deadly lure.
