Gardener's Hands Poem by Christopher R. Kennedy

Gardener's Hands

Earthy brown, thick fingers
That seem to have sprang
From a cliff side’s red clay
Handle the petals and stems
So gently, as if with infants
Who planted me?
And does he have a
Gardener’s hands?
