Garrulously Speaking

Either it is or it isn't!
That's it.
Those attempting to create a utopia in between,
Will find their supporters to negotiate
A more loquacious terminology.
To determine how significant,
Which side of 'nonexistence' is preferred.
To the more acceptable 'glimmer of hope' theory!
Garrulously speaking,
Of course!
