Gas Oil Business Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Gas Oil Business

Gasoil business

I read of corruption in Iran
Massiveness; its highness; an endless!
The worst though are blames
To the past and to dead!

If a man keeps his chair
With change of governance
He no more is of past; connected.

What is use of blame?
Dragging out a dead?
Is it but white-washing?

A mayor is named, he
Was and is a victim
Of devil relations.

Once I dealt in fish boats
Partners in Iran had blood of "Highest"
Among them was Hussein, Ex-fighter
A Rev-Guard, a nephew and corrupt.

Like cousins, rooster nest, his brain:
"We act in exact way as Mayor."

Both after abandoned lands in town
Mayor made many parks in Tehran
The Demons, immigrants, origin Rafsanjan
To raise wall, construct earn money; by high-rise.

Iran's loss in the war with Iraq
Is talked of at surface, ignored are the root, depth.

The so called veterans abuse fact
Say: "I was…" softly in sheep skin
Though truth is swamp; it stinks.

I know it at seabed
It sadly is ignored.
