Ghosts Of The Past Poem by Sans Serif

Ghosts Of The Past

Rating: 5.0

Ghosts of the Past, reunite now
To haunt me in my dreams.
Ghosts of the Past, reunite now
To chase me in my screams.
How dare you act as if nothing
Happened, As if you didn't break my heart!
How dare you act as if nothing
Happened, As if I never fell apart.
I curse your name
All in vain,
You haunt me again and again.
I curse your name
It's all the same
When it comes crashing down in the end.
Ghosts of the Past, reunite now
To haunt me with your voice.
Ghosts of the Past, reunite now
To take my only choice.
I loved, I lived,
I longed for you.
Now
I cry, I grieve,
Don't know what to do.
How dare you act as if nothing
Happened, As if my heart isn't sore.
I give up my anger and agony
Because you haunt me no more.
