Ginger Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Ginger

Ginger

Take ginger to turnip
and citrons
then I rest and sleep
no doctor

This is me
Stubborn?
Crazy?

Whatever; let it be.

Natural pain I accept
will not see clinic
I avoid medicine
no pill of factory.
