Glory To The Most High Poem by Darrell A. Roberts

Glory To The Most High

Glory to the Most High Atun-Re

Wow,

How could I ever forget my love,
My guardians, Parents from above.
Your children should truly be sorry,
Forgetting Heaven and their glory!

Remember me always as your Sun,
Glory to the Most High Re, the One.
You brighten all of our days always,
Yet still we forget the Love you gave.

I am your child throughout all of time,
Singing to them all, 'You are Devine'.
Please keep your warm Rays on our Loves
Oh guardians, Parents from above.

The Love you gave should not be forgot,
You gave US life, the whole flipping lot.
Glory to the Most High Atun-Re,
We should give thanks to you every day! ! !

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is one of my older poems. I have always had a connection with Ancient Egypt. The mysterious, , mystical, marvelous land of Anvient Egypt has captivated me to study thier traditions and mythology since I was young.

Thinking about how these ancient people worked together to create the Great Pramids and the Sphinx, as well as the many temples, and an fascinating civilization is just amazing.

This poem is dedicated to the Creator, whose gave humans the intelligence to build such wonders.
