God Poem by David DeSantis

God

Rating: 5.0

Never ending solace,
I need your stare.

Tap into your fortunes
And ease my discomfort.

Not quite sure
Who you are.
Not quite sure
Where you are.

But I know,
Deep within
You are there.

'never ending solace' - that is a lovely expression of that which we seek in times of angst, sorrow, discomfort...you encapsulate in these few short lines the essence of belief, a knowing of the unknown if you like. A strong piece David. justine.

well, i like this, it's simple and humble, you don't try to explain anything, isn't it all about faith?

I do not like to say - great job as always - so the great becomes a routine. Let`s say great surprise as usually! Otherwise I agree with Floyd C and Rebel Justine. This is a sincer prayer to the 'never ending solace' - i never heard so short and universal definition of God!
