God Cares About You Poem by Beth Pile

God Cares About You

So many times, everything seems to be going wring
Everything is out of place or just not right
The list of problems seem so long

No matter what you do things just full apart
You don’t know how to fix these problems
And even if you did, you wouldn’t know where to start

You feel like no one is there and you’re all alone
You’re lost deep in a dark and gloomy forest
When in real life you just have no messages on your phone

Everything is harder than it seems
Your friends were always there
Yet you ask them where they have been

Sometimes these moods can put a thick fog in our mind
Instead of seeing what we have
The blessings are too hard to find

We have a personal rain cloud over our head
As we get drenched and down by winds of depression
We forget what Jesus said

He stopped the storm and stilled the uncontrollable sea
Those men saw a miracle
Don’t you think He can do it in you and me?

So this time before we go into the ‘woe is me’ seen
Think: Why am I doing this? I have victory over this.
And decide to trust on God, because on him, you can lean

God loves you, He is always there
Even in that forest or windy rain
for you, He still cares
