God Had Taken You Away Poem by Melissa Ramey

God Had Taken You Away

God has taken you away
ripped right out of my arms; I hoped you were here to stay
God has taken you away
To a Beautiful place above the clouds
To a peaceful city long past the north.
God has taken you away.
I would give anything to see your pretty smile.
The last time i seen you i was merely a child.
Though I'm still young ive realzed People will die all my life.
God has taken you away
To the high waters bigger than the sea...
Though people think im crazy; I know your watching me
Because God has taken you away.
I wish you could be here
Everytime i shed tears
I know ill see you again one day
Im not mad that God took you away.
(Dedication to my Aunt Lisa She died when i was only 5 and i still have mental images of her and i wish that i could be with her...But im just so glad to have a guardian angel as her self)
