To protect me each day
Their fluttering wings
I hear as I lay
They camp all around
I'm never in fear
Angels watch over
Through joy and tears
Their wings span
Over my head and back
Their watching over
When the enemy attacks
So when darkness comes
I won't look around
Because then I'll know
An Angel abounds
