Goethe Grieves For Schiller's Death Poem by Kiba Black

Goethe Grieves For Schiller's Death

Rain rules the day,
Tears rule the night -
like overwhelming flow of water,
those were the tears of world,
those were the tears of Goethe
inside the bizarre cocoon
of the Silence

When raindrops cease to fall
will so the tears,
full of unspeakable
excruciating sorrow?

The moon revealed the Stars
that carried tears
along with poems
to Dear Friend's resting place...
