Gokak Falls Poem by spiritual seeker

Gokak Falls

Clouds floating in the sky,
Bringing rain to the parched land,
Turning desert into life abundance,
Changing brooks into roaring rivers and falls,
Carving rocky ground and distance hills.

O Why do some hearts behave otherwise?
In continuous denial-
To the many signs of the Almighty Creator,
Because, where river flows,
Even the hardest rock can break.
