Gold Can Stay Poem by Brooklynne Smith

Gold Can Stay

Rating: 3.0

Robert Frost wrote a poem that ends with 'Nothing Gold can Stay'.
What I think is different.
When he meant is Nothing good can stay.
Good things can stay, even though there is bad in the world.
My grandmother say that Robert Frost is hard to understand,
I'm young most poems are hard to understand.
But he just put things in different meaning.
'Nothing Gold
Can Stay'.
I don't know why you would write that.
Gold can always Stay.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I like this poem because it shows that good can stay. But even though there is Bad in this world, there is always good in the world too.

Good can stay. Without bad, good is not properly evaluated.
