Gone Poem by NoName Unidentified

Gone

I followed your trail of tears only to find,
a lifeless body that was left behind

Not knowing who you are,
will always leave a scar.
Fore you were my biggest regret.

I hear sirens coming now,
so I flee before you're found.

Now I look into the mirror, and see your face.
I try to ignore the blood and scrapes

I close my eyes and smile,
because your pain was worthwhile.
So when they put me in a cell,
I won't care, because you're well...
gone.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is a poem about basically, a crazy chick. At first she is saying what she told the police when she was questioned, and then she's saying to herself what she did after she got home from killing the person. What she told the police is normal terms: I followed a trail of tears and it led to a dead corpse, who had seemed to commit suicide. I didn't know who they were, but they were beautiful. It hurts that they killed themselves, if I only knew them, maybe I could have helped them.
Eventually she was caught but she doesn't care because she managed to kill that person. She didn't know who they were, but still she was satisfied with her accomplishment.
