Your voice was intensely strong yet heartfelt
And it grabbed at the attention of those who wanted to hear.

Your face was like a ray of energy and radiance
Much like the sun shining on a peaceful day

Your walk was like that of the Queen Nefertiti
It was head and shoulders above the rest

Your way of looking out for those you loved
The way a lioness searches for food for her cubs.

Your perseverance and independence
For it lifted you when you were alone.

Your engaging and interacting heart
For it was filled with splendor, laughter and a majestic kindness

And now your spirit has ascended high above
Like a dove being released
