Good Night
There's never been a time...
I felt you looked at me with pride
There's never been a moment...
I felt you knew how hard I've tried
I've never lived a day...
Without feeling I'm to blame
I've never felt deserving...
For myself, I feel only shame
I'm tired of doing wrong...
When I try so hard for right
Yes, I've failed at life...I know...
And now, with love, I say good night
