You were a good little girl,
I was a good little boy, and
Baby together we had a good thing going!

You wore white,
I wore blue,
our love was true-
And baby together we had a good thing going!

Didn't have much money, but we had
so much love; it was flowing like
milk and honey-
and baby together we had a good
thing going!

Now we're older; but just like when we
were so young- We're still together, and still going
just as strong!
