Good Times Poem by Kwai Chee Low

Good Times

A long hot day
An ice-cream sundae
It freezes my brain
Still I pray for rain

Beyond the windows
Blue skies and green meadows
A meandering stream
A painter working his dream

Ensconced in my easy chair
By my side my lady fair
Our hearts entwine
Reminiscing of times so fine

Journeys together we made
Walks through woods and glade
Dreams are made of these
Free, dancing in the breeze
