Goodbye Poem by Katherine Wilson

It was time for her to go
but this was her biggest goodbye
She wouldnt dare for him to see her cry
She looked across the room
with a smile on her face
Her smiled didnt show a trace
that her heart was filled with disgrace
She turned around and looked away
Without saying the words she wanted to say
She walked to the door
She turned around and looked at the boy she adored
When she walked through that door
she would see him no more
She turned around
and sighed her biggest sigh
And left, to never be seen anymore
It was her biggest goodbye.
