Goodbye Mary Jane Poem by anish morpheus chakraborty

Goodbye Mary Jane

Goodbye Mary Jane
Hope we meet someday again
The roads have now parted
Unknown is the destiny laid

Are you sure Mary Jane?
We cannot be friends even?
The lass in the windows
And the boy, in the lane?

Maybe, we will meet again
Only to be strangers then
Hope will always linger Mary Jane
Like the summer flowers
Blossoming in vain
The unnoticed tears
Of my muffled pain

Maybe you will love me then
Only to betray me again
Yet I am looking forward
To meet you once again

Hope we meet again
Till then
Goodbye Mary Jane
