Grace Poem by Leanne Brigoli

Grace

If I will look back and trace my path,
It was all miracles bounded by grace
You took me by Your hand and that was when I knew
I was no longer lost but was found, forgiven, restored and renewed

You have taken me to places You have promised me then
I have seen how You work
You have rescued me from time to time
And I have known how great are you, Lord!

You have brought me this far to glorify You
All through my life, you have loved me without hesitation
Even when my faith was shaken, you remained faithful
Yes, your promises remain, they never let me go, they lead me back to you

You are good even if goodness around me depletes,
You are still good and worthy to be praised
I am covered by your blood, your love, and your majesty's haze
You are good Oh God!

You made me who I am,
You have called me by my name
To labor in hardship, and to make friends out of love
Knowing my reward will never be in vain

We have been through a lot together
You held me so tight that even if I rumble and struggle with stubbornness,
Still, your mercy remains
Your love is abounding, how sufficient is your grace!
