Graduation: Crest And Trough
First day in college, full of determination,
Had own certain tenets and definitions,
Focused to achieve the only one aim,
Bringing proud to family and no shame,
Swiftness of time never polished
But only tainted,
Who this person in me I rented,
Aims and determination seemed fainted,
Graduation on the verge of end,
Hardly, any remarkable memories penned,
Seeing, myself disfigured I'm stunned,
All bad I owed, good just shunned,
Had a thought what am I going to do,
Was the thing, not too new,
Aim I had was single, not few,
At last it seemed I have to rue,
Rue conferred no good, but only discomforts,
That I envisioned, being zero my efforts,
Graduation days filled me with only dirts,
Sometime weakened, alleviated me my strong heart,
Now, I see the vistas of prospects,
Marring in me all old discomforting suspects,
Envisaged the life and its better aspects,
Rose myself to conquer the very aimed prospect.
