'Grey All Around'

Today outside is grey all around
with a cold dampness in the air.
One glance in the mirror as I arose
was enough to give any ghost a scare!

It looks like a huge grey Brill-o pad!
And accompanied by dark rings beneath my eyes!
For heavens sake what did I do?
to deserve this grey damp morning surprise?
