Grow Up Poem by Makayla Straight

Grow Up

I love the fact
You act like your still my mom
You tell me to grow up
Yet look at yourself
How could you possibly tell me to grow up
Look at yourself hunny
I am only seventeen
And your 37th birthday was yesterday
Yet you still act like a child
Do not tell me I need to grow up
Because you do not know anything about me
And whose fault is that
Yours! !
Instead of paying to have your children killed
You could of closed your legs and came see me
But no you wanted sex instead of your daughter
So tell me who needs to grow up

very well written...sad, yes. But keep in mind that the struggles and rough times we go through make us stronger. I can say that from a lot that I have been through in my life. Hope things get better for you.
