Grudges, Grudges And More Grudges Poem by ANANIYA MULUNGU

Grudges, Grudges And More Grudges

With grudges, grudges and more grudges
You shoot aiming at all your opponents
Brandishing your sparkling rapier and double-edged sword
And at the same instance
You extol the virtues of concord
In the limelight where your authoritative tone
Wafts into the ears of your foes
For whom we know that you clasp
Grudges, grudges and more grudges

For the snout sniffed not
That air filled with hesitancy
And you drilled him, uplifted him, plunged him
But with an aim in your addled mind
To tramp over him
Yet now he is tramping you and holds for you
Grudges, grudges and more grudges
