Guilty Or Not. Poem by Dare Olaajiki

Guilty Or Not.

Court summon, judge presiding
Accused in the dock re-deciding
Do I plead guilty or not
Seated eyes piercing like Robin’s arrow
Plaintiff ready to fire missiles
Defendant prepares to detonate da bomb

Not guilty my lord
Ah! Goes the seated eyes
Am I guilty he sighs?
Plaintiff juxtaposes rude missiles and fire
Defendant detonates missile for the sire
Judges looks over his glasses and respire

Acquitted and freed for a noble deed
Plaintiff bluffs and Defendant coughs
Piercing eyes drool to the floor
It was a noble deed sowed as a future seed
He did not steal to enrich himself
He stole to enrich his life.

ja not guilty is a right plea especial when you know that you are innocent, nice poem, I enjoy a lot reading it.
