Guns And Roses Poem by Cat Ducat

Guns And Roses

Lost your way, lost senses of night and day
Laying roses on your grave, no aspect of life left to save.
Guns are firing over your head, you're nothing less than dead.
Flitting through day by day, life nothing more than decay.
Seeking forgiveness from a lonely heart, only growing far apart.
Have you found what's worth fighting for?
What's really worth dying for?
Truly considering what's worth your life?
What may be your biggest strife.
One gun can end it all.
Watch the petals fall. Roses dying over your last breath.
You see nothing more than the light of death.
Surrending your life, making your last flight.
Giving up your hardest fight.
Life slipping over the edge.
Lying next to the roses' hedge.
