Gypsies Poem by Anita Wisniewska

Gypsies

Round the back

And down the track

People living in a shack.

Washing hanging on a string

A woman comes out carrying things.

Children playing with sticks and tins.

Behind a battered caravan

A young girl argues with a man.

Circling dogs

Piles of logs

Scattered tyres

Scrap iron

Cardboard

Rusty wires

Black patches

Left from last night's fires.

I like this, But one minor thing andc it really isnt a critisism, but Gypsies are actually not bad eg. Romany Gypsies are kind, future telling etc. The ones your explaining are actually Tinkers, i only have a slight issue with it purely because my ancestors were Romany Gypsies! im sorry! !
