Her beauty
Shone
Like the moon
Like diamonds
She ran from love
Ran from her flesh
That kindness of flesh
Who understood every feeling
Wings of power
Lets
Gypsy Girl roam
Roam to the unknown
Fear deep inside only
Smiles hide her fear
Fear exploding in her nurturer
The gentle Gypsy
She know the love is there
But she just keeps running
Such fear
Building
No one is listening to her heart
It is the nurturer
Who can feel her heart
Exploding
Her door is locked
I cannot get in
I can see
Wings of power
Laughing with her
But they need to hear
Her heart crying
Gypsy Girl
I am here
Always
Hiding no honesty
My heart is raw
My sleep
A rollercoaster
I am knocking
I fear
Gypsy Girl
You shine so bright
You light up a room
Let your heart take you
I am always here
Get off that train
May they listen....
They need to

You get the impression of something true in life's movement.
An interesting read, Lyn. Does the nurterer (parent?) feel a sense of guilt/angst because of her daughter's insecurity, anguish, reticence. I pray this is not a true reflection of your own mother/daughter circumstance.
a year ago i read and commented. i really don't care for it. let me grab another! bri :)
Wonderful poem, we all want to be able to feel truly free but we rarely are.
very interesting read..you can feel the up's and down's as you read.. Annette
Beautiful yet painful write. Still many lives may be hidden like Gypsy girl's life. Loved reading from beginning till end.

Like diamond moon her beauty shines. Her wings of power are so amazingly laugh with imagery drawn here. Lighting up the room with this power and beauty is interesting.10
